In case of Waste Incineration Plants HUTTER FREI POWER acts as Planning and Executing Engineer and delivers the energy part with water steam cycle and power generation. The waste firing and flue gas cleaning is not in the HUTTER FREI POWER scope of supply.

Our strengths are that HUTTER FREI POWER considers in the overall concept engineering all power plants at site with district heating and cold supplies and that HUTTER FREI POWER prepares an optimised overall concept.
 

Our Services for the Overall Concept-Engineering and Integration of all Power Plants:

Within the Overall Concept-Engineering HUTTER FREI POWER includes all Power Plants, CHP Stations and the Waste Incineration Plants at site.
For the preparation of the overall concept HUTTER FREI POWER considers not only the new Waste Incineration Plant, but as well as all other existing Power Plants at site, existing and new district heating and cold supplies and an existing Waste Incineration Plant.

It is the target to design the new Waste Incineration Plant in an optimal way based on the overall concept.

Within the Concept-Engineering, HUTTER FREI POWER delivers documents as for example design of the expansion line concept with tie-in to other and from other Power Plants and Plants and the analysis of adaptations of the existing plant, the overall operation- and control concept, the process diagrams and the heat balances.
 

Our Services for the new Waste Incineration Plant:

For the new Waste Incineration Plant, HUTTER FREI POWER determines the energetic boundary conditions such, that the energetic utilisation as well as the electricity generation achieve highest values under consideration of the Overall Concept Engineering.

During the planning and executing phase, HUTTER FREI POWER acts as Planning- and Executing Engineer and is specialised in the steam generation and the energy part with water-steam cycle and electricity generation.
From the project management to Services at site, HUTTER FREI POWER manages the project.

Within the erection phase, our Specialists control the quality of the erection works with the aim to not affect the subsequent commissioning and commercial operation negatively due to erection problems.

HUTTER FREI POWER leads the Overall Commissioning with one of our experienced Commissioning Manager. HUTTER FREI POWER makes sure, that the interface between erection and commissioning is regulated and coordinated with a clear systematic.
HUTTER FREI POWER leads the commissioning with daily meetings and makes sure, that the contractual properties and technical features are commissioned and successfully presented, that the prerequisites for the commissioning tests are fulfileed, that the actions and open items are finished in due time, that the coordination between the involved parties work efficiently, as well as that enviromental, health and safety issues are considered.
Additionally HUTTER FREI POWER conducts the acceptance tests and evaluates the results.

Our Services are:
Project Management, Design, Inquiry Specifications with Evaluation, Supplier Control, Arrangement Planning, Electrical- and Control Planning, Coordination of the technical interfaces, process technical Commissioning, Site Management and Overall Commissioning.

HUTTER FREI POWER prepares Engineering-Documents as for example:
Operation- and Control Concept, P&I-Diagrams, Heat Balances, Overview of Load Cases and Operation Cases, Instrument Lists, Drive Lists, Electrical Consumer Lists, Arrangement Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Control-Architecture, Inquiry Specifications, technical Process Inputs for the Distributed Control System as e.g. Process Function Plans, step sequence diagrams, control schematics and logic diagrams, e.t.c..
