HUTTER FREI POWER delivers Thermal Residue-to-Energy integrated in CHP Power Station as bubbling fluidised-bed combustion for residual material from production processes, specially from paper- and cardboard production.

For residual material in paper- and cardboard production, HUTTER FREI POWER offers an optimised concept of a Residue Waste to Energy Plant.
HUTTER FREI POWER developed a special bubbling fluidised bed-combustion to reduce emissions, increase operation time between revisions and minimise corrosion.

Based on special components of the waste, the bubbling fluidised- bed combustion is the optimised technology because of high rate of retention for HCI and because it burns nearly without NOx.

For Residue Waste to Energy Plants, HUTTER FREI POWER can act either as Supplier or solely as Planning- and Executing Engineer.
Our strengths are not only with our special combustion process but as well in the overall concept design.
 

Our Services for the Overall Concept-Engineering and Integration of all Power Plants:

Within the Overall Concept-Engineering HUTTER FREI POWER includes all Power Plants, CHP Stations and the Residue Waste to Energy Plant at site.
For the preparation of the overall concept HUTTER FREI POWER considers not only the Residue Waste to Energy Plant, but as well as all other existing Power Plants at site and particularly a new CHP Station, a District Heating or a Cold supply.

Because of the continuous need of useful heat (process steam) and electricity, the use of a turbine-based CHP Station at production site is recommended.
Within the Overall Concept Engineering, HUTTER FREI POWER primarily optimises the design of the CHP Station and the Residue Waste to Energy Plant as Overall Plant and prepares the optimal tie-in between the two Plants.

It is the target on the one side to achieve the best interaction between Residue Waste to Energy Plant and CHP Station according to the Customer needs, and on the other side to optimise the individual design of the Residue Waste to Energy Plant as well as of the CHP Station.
Thereby HUTTER FREI POWER as well considers maintenance outages of the Residue Waste to Energy Plant.

The Plants are designed the way in order to achieve highest time reliabilites.

Within the Concept-Engineering, HUTTER FREI POWER delivers documents as for example design of the expansion line concept with tie-in to other and from other Power Plants and Plants and the analysis of adaptations of the existing plant, the overall operation- and control concept, the process diagrams and the heat balances.
 

Our Services for the new Residue Waste to Energy Plant:

For the new Residue Waste to Energy Plant, HUTTER FREI POWER determines the energetic boundary conditions such, that the energetic utilisation of the residual materials as well as the fuel utilisation factor of the other Power Plants achieve highest values under consideration of the Overall Concept Engineering.

During the planning and executing phase, HUTTER FREI POWER acts as Planning- and Executing Engineer.
From the planning and design, over the inquiry specifications, the negotiations with suppliers, the supplier control until the site activities, HUTTER FREI POWER leads the project.

Within the erection phase, our Specialists control the quality of the erection works with the aim to not affect the subsequent commissioning and commercial operation negatively due to erection problems.

HUTTER FREI POWER leads the Overall Commissioning with one of our experienced Commissioning Manager. HUTTER FREI POWER makes sure, that the interface between erection and commissioning is regulated and coordinated with a clear systematic.
HUTTER FREI POWER leads the commissioning with daily meetings and make sure, that the contractual properties and technical features are commissioned and successfully presented, that the prerequisites for the commissioning tests are fulfileed, that the actions and open items are finished in due time, that the coordination between the involved parties work efficiently, as well as that enviromental, health and safety aspects are considered.
Additionally HUTTER FREI POWER conducts the acceptance tests and evaluates the results.
